We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

As we are a small team, please allow 3–5 business days for a response.

 

Returns must be approved before sending. If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, we do not offer it for free. Also that any items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Approval

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved.
If approved, we will give you a full refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can sort it out.
